AccuLynx is expanding the way customers can capture and manage data points. Previously, customers were limited to the system default fields. Now, you can create and manage your own custom fields for both contacts and jobs using the new Custom Fields Manager in your account settings, giving you full control over how data is structured and displayed.

  • Flexible placement and access: Custom fields can be added exactly where you need them, such as the contact form, lead form, job overview page, and in reports. Custom fields can be accessed and edited through your Account Settings, the AccuLynx API, and Hubspot or Spotio using our AppConnections add-on.
  • Data systematization: Maintain better data hygiene bystoring all custom data in AccuLynx, leading to consistent data capture and more accurate reports.

Tracking appointment outcomes to boost performance insights

To help managers gain better visibility, AccuLynx now allows users to record and track specific outcomes of calendar appointments. You can create custom outcomes in your settings to easily categorize every meeting. These outcomes can be analyzed using the Appointments Report, enabling teams to easily identify and plan next steps.

Providing more flexibility with the estimation tool

AccuLynx’s estimation tools have received a series of updates enabling users to easily offer homeowners more pricing options and calculate precise labor costs.

The estimation tools have been enhanced with:

  • Smart(er) Docs updates: Users can now utilize Smart Fields to pull data from multiple estimates rather than just the primary one, allowing you to create “Good, Better, Best” pricing.
  • The ability to offer a true lump sum estimate: You can hide or remove the tax line item from displaying on an estimate for a lump sum presentation.
  • Pitch-based labor calculations: Users can set their templates to automatically calculate labor rates based on the pitch of a roof.

Reducing errors and simplifying record creation with lead form redesign

The lead form has been revamped to simplify the record creation process and increase data precision. These updates increase efficiency and control by allowing users to schedule appointments faster and copy select data between records.

The benefits of the lead form updates include:

  • A more modernized interface: Enjoy a cleaner layout for contact and project location data, along with “possible matches results” viewing to improve the cleanliness of your database.
  • Integrated custom data: Newly created custom fields are now integrated directly into the lead record.
  • Comparative scheduling: When scheduling appointments, multiple calendars can now be viewed side-by-side.
  • Easier data management: Transfer information between records faster with the ability to copy select data from one record to another
