At AccuLynx, we’re always looking for ways to make your job easier and help your roofing business grow. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve rolled out a new set of game-changing updates that make our platform even more powerful. Estimating on the go with the mobile Field App

AccuLynx is making it easier for contractors to create and manage job estimates right from their phone. With the latest updates to the AccuLynx mobile Field App, you can now build complete, professional estimates without a computer, in seconds. Everything you normally do in the web version, like adding materials, labor, and pricing details, is now available on mobile.

  • Fast, on-site estimating: Create and send estimates from anywhere. You can start from a blank estimate or use one of your saved templates. The mobile app lets you organize by trade, update quantities, calculate taxes, and set your profit margin.
  • A smoother process: You can now handle the entire estimating workflow from start to finish on the go, so there’s less downtime waiting to get back to the office.

With these updates, the Field App gives you everything you need to estimate jobs quickly, accurately, and professionally, no matter where you are.

Enterprise-level business analytics

Running a multi-location roofing business means dealing with a lot of data, like jobs, estimates, payments, labor, and more. DataMart, a new AccuLynx add-on, brings all that information together in one place, giving your team the visibility to make faster, smarter decisions.

DataMart gives your team direct access to company-wide AccuLynx data, so you can build custom reports and dashboards in your preferred business intelligence tools—no manual exports or siloed spreadsheets required! It’s ideal for multi-location or PE-backed roofing companies that need faster forecasting, deeper insights, and smarter planning.

Using DataMart, companies can:

  • See the full picture by accessing all your company and location data from AccuLynx.
  • Analyze your way by connecting your data to tools like Klipfolio, Tableau, or Power BI so you can create the reports and dashboards that matter most to your business.

A new AppConnection: CallRail + AccuLynx

AccuLynx now connects with CallRail, a leading call tracking platform. This integration, available through our AppConnections add-on, gives you a streamlined way to capture inbound phone calls and website form submissions directly in AccuLynx, eliminating manual data entry and helping sales teams act on new opportunities faster.

  • Automatic lead capture: Calls and form submissions flow directly into AccuLynx as unassigned leads, complete with contact details, notes, and call recordings.
  • Configurable triggers: Choose which calls or forms to sync—like only qualified leads, submissions from specific forms, or activity tied to certain campaigns or tracking numbers.
  • Detailed call history: Every inbound and outbound call associated with a contact is logged in AccuLynx, including duration, source, tracking number, tags, milestones and recordings.
  • Multi-location support: Map CallRail campaigns or sub-accounts to your AccuLynx branch locations, so leads are automatically routed to the right office or service line.
  • Faster, cleaner data: Qualify calls in CallRail before they create leads in AccuLynx, ensuring your sales pipeline stays focused on true opportunities.

With the CallRail AppConnection, you can better track inbound activity, streamline lead management, and maximize every sales opportunity, all while cutting down on manual work.

A smarter, more connected AccuLynx calendar

The AccuLynx calendar is getting a complete overhaul designed to save time, eliminate manual updates, and give users clearer visibility into their schedules.

  • More calendar integrations: The new AccuLynx calendar now fully integrates with Outlook and iCalendar in real time. Any new, updated or deleted events appear instantly across both platforms—no manual refreshes or duplicate data entry.
  • A modern interface: The calendar has a new look and feel with improved clarity for busy schedules, a color-coded sidebar, search, and advanced filters (by trade, work type, category, crew, etc.) making it easier to manage appointments.
  • Multi-attendee appointments: You can now assign multiple team members to a single appointment, ensuring everyone stays aligned and automatically notified of any changes.
  • Automatic notifications: Email and push alerts are sent for all appointment updates, reducing communication gaps and saving schedulers an estimated four hours per week!
  • Integrated schedule from lead forms: You can now view team availability and schedule initial appointments directly from the lead form without switching tabs or retyping dates.

Deeper insights with a new Appointment Report

We’ve added a new Appointments Report, available to all users, that lets teams see every appointment across their business in one place. The report includes all calendar events and key details—such as who created the appointment, its type, time, duration, location, and any associated notes or orders.

No more missing information or limited snapshots—everything you need to track, analyze and action on appointments is now right at your fingertips.

AccuLynx Financial Worksheets

Trade-level insights and reports

AccuLynx’s Financial Worksheet has long given contractors real-time visibility into job-level finances, helping you understand profitability and expenses as they happen. With this update, you can now tie revenue and expenses directly to the trade they are associated with—whether it’s roofing, gutters, siding, or any other service you offer. This enhancement provides a clearer, more detailed view of how each trade contributes to overall business performance, helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

To make these insights even more actionable, two new pre-built reports are now available in the Reports Library with the ReportsPlus add-on.

  • Job Value by Trade Report: This report breaks down total values by trade, pulled directly from the Financial Worksheet. This makes it easier to track costs, pricing, and approvals, helping you see which trade drive profitability.
  • Job Worksheet Report: This report delivers the same data as the Job Value by Trade Report, but grouped by individual jobs rather than trades, giving you visibility into performance across all of your projects.

These updates give you a comprehensive view of trade-level profitability, improve transparency across multi-trade jobs, and allow your teams to make better-informed decisions about revenue allocation, pricing and business strategy.

Interactive 3D roof models with Geospan

AccuLynx now provides interactive 3D roof renderings through our Geospan integration. Once a gPro report is delivered, you can click the “View 3D Rendering” button to explore an interactive roof model—zoom in, rotate, and click on different areas for more detail. You can access 3D renderings easily by navigating to “Measurements” in the Job Menu and opening a Geospan report.

With interactive 3D roof models, you can better understand measurements, spot details, and prepare for each job with greater accuracy.

Better financial control & visibility with Sage Intacct

Our Sage Intacct integration now gives you greater flexibility and control over how your financial data syncs with AccuLynx. Previously, each location or entity synced separately with Sage Intacct. Now, you can choose to connect your locations under a single, centralized company—ideal for businesses that manage finances through a master location or bank account. There are two ways to set up the integration.

  • Separate entities: Each location operates independently, with its own financial data.
  • (New) Top-level organization: All locations roll up under a main company, so payments, receivables, and reporting flow into one cohesive system.

This update gives you more control and makes managing multi-location financials simpler and more organized.

AccuLynx is introducing two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an extra layer of account protection. 2FA helps safeguard accounts by reducing the risk of password leaks and blocking unauthorized access. When enabled, you can log in with your usual AccuLynx credentials and then will be prompted to enter a time-sensitive verification code sent to your registered phone number. This feature can be turned on or off at the account or user level, giving you flexibility in how you manage security.
