A new Job Communications page
We’re upgrading our current Job Messages page to a more modern, inbox-style interface. This improved layout makes it easier to manage job-related conversations and keep track of important details.

- @Mentions: Tag specific team members to send them a direct notification, ensuring important messages aren’t missed.
- Categorized messages: Create custom message tags, improving organization and allowing for easier search.
- Notification control: You can mute notifications to manage your alerts and focus on what’s important.
- Emoji reactions: Use emoji reactions to acknowledge messages without needing to type a response.
- Edit/delete messages: Edit or delete messages easily, with AccuLynx marking changes to keep everyone informed.
- Share conversations: Quickly and easily share important conversations. This feature makes collaboration effortless.
- Pinned messages: Pin important messages for quick access; they’ll stay at the top of your list for easy reference.
- Create tasks from messages: Assign tasks directly from messages, including due dates, priority levels, and job associations, to streamline project management.
- Enhanced search and filtering: Find messages faster with improved search options, including filters for attachments, images, and tags.
A redesigned Supplements page
We’ve revamped our Supplements page to simplify managing insurance jobs, making it easier to organize, communicate, and track claim details. With these changes, you’ll have improved control over supplements, task follow-ups, and reporting.
What’s new:
- An updated layout: We’ve improved the Supplements page, giving you a clear view of requested, approved, and added claim amounts—no manual calculations needed.
- Financial Worksheet integration: Now, you can create a Supplements section in your Financial Worksheet and apply claim updates directly to ensure accuracy.
- Easier communication: Assign team members as supplementers, send supplements directly to adjusters, carriers, or homeowners using customizable email templates, and easily attach documents or photos to clarify claim details.
- Task creation from supplements: Generate tasks directly from supplement entries to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding items.
New features for Smart(er) Docs
Our latest update to Smart(er) Docs brings advanced design tools, custom email templates, and more communication options—giving you greater control over how you create and share professional documents in AccuLynx.
What’s new:
- Custom document design: Build documents from scratch with drag-and-drop elements like shapes, images, and text fields, or edit prebuilt templates to fit your needs. You can also add Smart Fields to auto-fill job-specific info.
- Custom email templates: Create your own email templates for presentations and signature requests, ensuring consistent communication with homeowners.
- More ways to send signatures: Now, you can send signature requests and presentations via text, offering homeowners a more convenient way to respond.
More Field App capabilities
The latest AccuLynx Field App update is packed with features to boost job communication, manage contracts more easily, and ensure important calls are logged—all designed to keep your field teams connected and improve workflow efficiency.
What’s new:
- Updated job communications: Now, you can manage all job-related messages—texts, emails, customer portal, and crew messages—right from the app. With features like tags, threads, reactions, editing, and message muting, staying organized and connected has never been easier.
- Packet management on the go: Sales teams can now track and manage contract packets, including statuses and signatures, directly from the Field App. This update mirrors the web version, making it easier to move from inspection to signed contract seamlessly.
- Call logging: The app now prompts you to log calls, capturing key details like date, time, contact info, and notes. Logged calls are automatically added to your Job Messages (now Job Communications) page, ensuring all communication is recorded and accessible to your team.
An enhanced Sage data sync
We’ve updated our Sage Intacct integration to give AccuLynx customers improved data syncing, accounting accuracy, and reporting capabilities. It allows for detailed financial analysis and customizable data sync settings tailored to business needs.
What’s new:
- Sync and search customer records between AccuLynx and Sage Intacct.
- Track company and job details, including timeframes and errors.
- Sync AccuLynx jobs with Sage Intacct as A/R customers or projects, with data updates tied to job milestones.
- Map AccuLynx line items to Sage Intacct GL account numbers, reducing manual data entry.
