Roofing contractors using the SalesRabbit app for field sales management and door-to-door sales can connect their account to AccuLynx and seamlessly move roofing jobs through the sales funnel. There’s no complex configuration or coding necessary for AccuLynx customers—this integration can be established quickly and easily using our AppConnections add-on.

How the AccuLynx and SalesRabbit integration works

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you will first need to enable the AppConnections add-on before you can connect SalesRabbit to your AccuLynx account. To enable AppConnections, visit the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing, and then click “Enable.”

Once you have enabled the AppConnections add-on for your AccuLynx account, you can activate your SalesRabbit integration.

  1. From the AppConnections tab within the AccuLynx Market, you’ll find a list of available connections. Select the SalesRabbit integration listing.
  2. You’ll be prompted to enter your SalesRabbit account login credentials to authorize the connection.
  3. Next, you’ll enter a SalesRabbit API Token, which can be found in your SalesRabbit account settings under Integrations > API. To create a new token, copy the link provided from SalesRabbit, and paste it into the SalesRabbit authorization field in AccuLynx.
  4. Once you’ve entered your SalesRabbit API token into AccuLynx, your accounts are connected!

You can map a number of fields between AccuLynx and SalesRabbit, including:

  • Milestones
  • Job category
  • Work type
  • Trade type
  • Insurance company
  • Job value
  • Custom fields as lead notes

When a lead is synced from SalesRabbit to AccuLynx, the following is used to create a new contact record in AccuLynx:

  • Customer names, addresses, and contact information
  • Assigned sales representatives
  • Initial appointment date
  • Insurance information (this must be enabled in your AccuLynx settings)
  • Any photos, documents, and videos

When the sync occurs, any documents, photos and videos associated with your SalesRabbit file at that time will automatically be added to the AccuLynx job. Any documents created in SalesRabbit after the sync will need to be manually added to the AccuLynx job file.

Yes, if the job value changes in AccuLynx, that change will be reflected in SalesRabbit.

  1. To set up a new trigger, go to “Manage Connection,” select “New Trigger,” and then name your new trigger.
  2. Next, select “Lead Status Change” or “Form Submission” as your trigger action. This will initiate your lead sync to AccuLynx.
  3. After you’ve selected your trigger, identify which SalesRabbit Organization(s) leads you want to pass to AccuLynx. For example, when a lead is marked as “Appointment Set” in SalesRabbit, that could be the trigger that pushes the lead into AccuLynx.
    Finally, you will need to select an existing lead source, such as “SalesRabbit,” or create a new one.

There is no limit to the number of lead sources or triggers you can create for this integration.
