We received your feedback on the new Job Communications interface and have now added the option to enable Story View. This layout displays job communications in threads, rather than the traditional inbox-style view. Story View makes it easy to organize your messages so you can quickly scan conversations, view updates, and identify delays.

An expanded job history: View full message threads, timestamps, and sender details in a structured timeline—without having to open individual messages
Smart sorting and filtering: Job communications can be sorted by the most recent reply, filtered by communication type, and easily searched to find what you need
Quick navigation: Collapse or expand threads for easier reading
Mobile-optimized: Use touch-friendly controls to toggle views, scroll through conversations, and access pinned messages
Story View helps project managers, supplement managers, and office staff quickly scan updates, track project progress, and reduce miscommunication so projects can stay on schedule.
Mobile Field App updates
We’ve updated the AccuLynx Field App to include enhanced Smart(er) Docs proposal-building functionality and improved communication tools, making it easier for roofing contractors to get more done on their phones, saving time and boosting efficiency.

We’re expanding our AppConnections network with a powerful new partner, RoofQuote PRO® by Roofle®, as well as enhancing our existing Hover integration.
New integration: RoofQuote PRO® by Roofle®
AccuLynx now connects with RoofQuote PRO® by Roofle®. This integration seamlessly syncs leads generated through Roofle directly into AccuLynx, streamlining the sales process. Embedding the Roof Quote Pro widget on your website allows potential customers to input key roofing project details, receive an instant quote, and submit their contact information for followup, making it easier to qualify leads and transition those leads into customers.
Automatic lead sync: When a homeowner requests a custom roofing estimate through Roofle, their details are automatically captured as an unassigned lead in AccuLynx. When the lead is assigned, the sales reps can access estimate specifics—including product, shingle type, and pricing—on the Job Communications tab.
Easy setup and multi-location support: Connect and distribute Roofle leads to all of your business locations in AccuLynx with a single Roofle account
Enhanced photo integrations in Hover
We’ve also updated our Hover integration to make photo management easier. Now, photos generated in Hover on AccuLynx projects are automatically synced to the job’s Photo folder, so your records will always be up to date.
