How KPost launched a new division with AccuLynx

Since 2004, KPost Roofing & Waterproofing has dominated the Dallas-Fort Worth market, completing major commercial projects such as AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

When KPost sought to expand into residential work, they hired roofing industry veteran Matt Jaynes and turned to AccuLynx to help them hit the ground running.

Finding the right solution

As the general manager, Jaynes was tasked with overseeing all aspects of the new division including sales, production, and operations. “With the mobile Crew App, I can see when my subcontractors complete checklist items and add photos.” Jaynes continued, “And right from the AccuLynx job file, I can monitor all the communication like emails and text messages between teams and homeowners.”

As the general manager, Jaynes relies on the 20+ customizable report types in AccuLynx to gain valuable insight into his business. “AccuLynx’s reporting helps us stay on top of our team’s performance, and by customizing our reports we can make sure all our lead sources are tracked and our collections are completed on time.”

With the help of AccuLynx, Jaynes spends less time pulling data. AccuLynx automatically sends the sales team a weekly lead and prospect report email to ensure that jobs are touched. Regularly, Jaynes also runs reports to ensure that jobs only begin following a deposit, track cash flow, review communication with insurance companies, and oversee job progress.
