AccuLynx and Spotio integration

Yes, you must enable the AppConnections add-on before you can connect Spotio to your AccuLynx account. To enable AppConnections, visit the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing, and then click “Enable.”

Once you have enabled the AppConnections add-on for your AccuLynx account, you can activate your Spotio integration.

1. From the AppConnections tab within the AccuLynx Market, you’ll find a list of available connections. Select the Spotio integration listing.
2. You’ll be prompted to enter your Spotio account login credentials to authorize the connection.
3. Next, you’ll enter your Spotio API Key information (client ID & secret) which can be found in your Spotio account settings under Integrations > API Access. The secret is only exposed at the time of the key creation. Once it is saved, it will be hidden.
4. Once you’ve entered your Spotio information into AccuLynx, your accounts are connected!

You can map a number of fields between AccuLynx and Spotio, including:

• Milestones
• Job category
• Work type
• Trade type
• Insurance company
• Custom fields as lead notes

When a lead is synced from Spotio to AccuLynx, the following is used to create a new contact record in AccuLynx:

• Customer names, addresses, and contact information
• Assigned sales representatives
• Initial appointment date
• Insurance information (this must be enabled in your AccuLynx settings)
• Any photos, documents, and videos

When the sync occurs, any documents, photos, and videos associated with your Spotio file at that time will automatically be added to the AccuLynx job. Any documents created in Spotio after the sync will need to be manually added to the AccuLynx job file.

Follow these steps to set up a custom trigger for the AccuLynx and Spotio integration.

1. To set up a new trigger, select “New Trigger” and provide a name.
2. Next, choose if a Spotio team or Field Rep will be associated with the lead, and select them from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Spotio record type. For example, you may select “Lead.”
4. Next, select what event in Spotio will trigger a lead to be sent to AccuLynx. You can choose either “Stages,” or “Last Visit Result.”
5. If you select “Stages,” choose which stage values from Spotio will trigger your lead to be sent to AccuLynx from the available radial button list.
6. Finally, you will need to select an existing lead source, such as “Spotio,” or create a new one.

There is no limit to the number of triggers you can create for the AccuLynx and Spotio integration.
