Frequently asked questions

Yes, you’ll need to enable AppConnections in AccuLynx before connecting with HubSpot. To do this, go to the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, locate the AppConnections listing for HubSpot, and click “Enable.”

After enabling AppConnections, select HubSpot from the list of available integrations. Click, “Authorize Connection,” enter your active HubSpot account credentials, and choose the account you want to connect to AccuLynx.

To start syncing leads, go to “Manage Connection” and select “Add Trigger” for either HubSpot or AccuLynx to set your sync criteria.

  • For leads coming from AccuLynx into HubSpot: Choose an AccuLynx milestone from the drop-down to initiate the sync.
  • For leads coming from HubSpot into AccuLynx: Select HubSpot deal stage(s) to trigger the sync.

Once configured, you can edit or delete triggers at any time from the three-dot menu.

When a lead is synced from either AccuLynx or HubSpot, the following information is used to create a contact record:

  • Customer name, address, and contact information
  • Assigned sales representative
  • Job details like category, work, or trade type
  • Insurance information (this must be enabled in your AccuLynx settings)

AccuLynx job milestones and approved job values will update in the HubSpot record as it progresses.

From HubSpot to AccuLynx, there is no limit to the number of triggers you can create. Leads syncing from AccuLynx to HubSpot only require one trigger.
