AccuLynx and Hover integration

Yes, you must enable the AppConnections add-on in order to connect Hover to your AccuLynx account. Please note: You will also need an active Hover account to use this integration.

To enable AppConnections for your account, go to the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing and click “Enable.”

Once you have enabled the AppConnections add-on for your AccuLynx account, you can activate the Hover integration as long as you have an active Hover account. The Hover integration listing can be found in the AccuLynx Market under the App Connections tab. Follow the prompts in the listing to authorize the connection. Once your connection is authenticated, you can customize your sync triggers.

In your Hover connection settings, you can easily set up a custom trigger by selecting the AccuLynx Job Milestone that will initiate a Hover Capture Request. If you have an Elite account with Custom Workflow enabled, you can also create custom AccuLynx Statuses within milestones to act as triggers. This allows you to tailor multiple triggers for different Job Categories, Trade Types, and Work Types, such as adding a “Request a Hover” status under the “Prospect” milestone.

The Capture Request trigger you set up in AccuLynx automatically creates a new project in Hover and syncs the following:

• AccuLynx job number
• Contact name
• Contact address
• Assigned sales rep

Capture Requests are sent to the sales rep assigned to the job in AccuLynx, as long as their email matches an existing Hover user. If the email does not match, the sales rep will need to create a standalone Hover account to complete the Capture Request. In this case, the assignment will also be accessible to Hover account administrators.

Contacts that are assigned a Capture Request will receive a notification in Hover, which includes a link to the newly created project. They’ll also receive an email notification, along with reminders until the request is completed.

No, you will not be charged for initiating a Capture Request from AccuLynx.

After a Capture Request is completed, the status in Hover changes to “Ready to Order.” Hover administrators receive an email notification to advance the status of the request, which initiates a charge to your Hover account. Note: Hover administrators also have the option to advance the status of a request automatically in Hover’s workflow settings.

Hover measurement data is automatically linked to your job in AccuLynx. You can access a comprehensive PDF report with measurement data and photos, as well as a 3D rendering of the property, from the “Measurements” section in your AccuLynx job file. Additionally, an XML file and the PDF report are available in the “Documents” section.
