Frequently asked questions

Yes. You must enable the AppConnections add-on in order to connect RoofSnap to your AccuLynx account. You’ll also need an active RoofSnap account.

To enable AppConnections for your account, go to the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing, and click “Enable.”

After enabling AppConnections, select RoofSnap from the list of available integrations. Click “Get Connected,” and enter your active RoofSnap account credentials.

To enable measurement syncing, go to “Manage Connection” in the RoofSnap AppConnection. Select the RoofSnap Office where measurements will originate, then choose the AccuLynx job milestone that will trigger project creation in RoofSnap.

Once set, measurements and photos from RoofSnap will automatically sync to the corresponding job in AccuLynx.

RoofSnap measurement data is automatically synced to your job in AccuLynx. You can access measurement data from the “Measurements” section of the job file. A PDF measurement report will be added to the “Documents” section, and any photos captured in RoofSnap will appear in the “Photos” folder.
