AccuLynx’s integration with Roofle, a software that generates instant roof quotes online, automatically transfers your leads from Roofle into AccuLynx. This connection streamlines the transition from lead generation to sales follow-up, ensuring a faster, smoother process from start to finish.

Available in AccuLynx with the AppConnections add-on, the AccuLynx and Roofle integration can be set up quickly without any coding!

How the AccuLynx and Roofle integration works

When homeowners request a custom roofing estimate through Roofle, their contact information and project details—such as the number of structures, total square footage, and location—are automatically captured. This creates a new, unassigned lead in AccuLynx.

After a lead is assigned to a sales rep in AccuLynx, they can view more details from the estimate, like the requested product, shingle type, and pricing information, all available on the Job Communications tab.

Yes, you will need to enable the AppConnections add-on before you can connect Roofle to your AccuLynx account. To enable AppConnections, visit the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing, and then click “Enable.”

The Roofle integration can be found under AppConnections.

  1. To authorize the connection, open Roofle and select, “Get Connected.”
  2. You will be prompted to create a Webhook URL. Name the Webhook, and select your Lead Source (for example, Website).
  3. Copy the Webhook URL and log into your RoofQuote PRO account. Under Settings, you will see the option labeled “Developer Page.” First, select the Webhook type “Contact Form Completed” and paste the URL into the provided field. You will need to repeat this step, but this time select the Webhook type “Product Requested” and paste the same URL.
  4. If you manage multiple locations in AccuLynx, you’ll need to repeat these steps for each location. This ensures that your leads are routed to the correct location in AccuLynx.

After enabling the integration, you need to map the business locations you manage in AccuLynx to corresponding Roofle “Markets” (states) and the specific areas within each state where your business operates. These markets should match the ones you’ve already set up in Roofle.

  1. To connect a Market from Roofle to AccuLynx, go to “Manage Connection” and select “Markets.”
  2. Select the state(s) where your business operates. For each state, choose the specific areas where you work. For example, if your business operates in Illinois, you might select “Chicago” and “Springfield.”

Once you’ve selected your markets, your leads will start syncing. If you don’t select a Market, leads from Roofle may be duplicated across all locations where the Roofle connection is enabled.

When a lead is synced from Roofle to AccuLynx, the following is used to create a new unassigned contact record in AccuLynx:

  • Customer information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Job details, such as number of structures and total square footage

Once the lead has been assigned in AccuLynx, additional information is added to the Job Communication page, including:

  • The requested product (ex. GAF Timberline)
  • The product type (ex. asphalt shingle)
  • Basic pricing details, such as total cost, cost per square, and pricing type (ex. Financing)
