How AccuLynx’s integration with CallRail works

Automatic lead capture: When a new inbound call is received, or a form is submitted through CallRail, the connection creates a new unassigned Lead in AccuLynx. Key contact details—like name, phone number, city, state, notes, tags, and qualification status—are automatically synced.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, you will need to enable the AppConnections add-on before you can connect CallRail to your AccuLynx account. To enable AppConnections, visit the Add-Ons section in the AccuLynx Market, find the AppConnections listing, and then click “Enable.”

To authorize the connection, open your CallRail account, navigate to “Integrations,” and create an API key. Then, enter the API key in the CallRail add-on setup page in AccuLynx. Once connected, you can set up your triggers in AccuLynx to control how and when calls and form data syncs to AccuLynx.

During setup, you will be prompted to configure triggers to control which calls and form submissions sync to AccuLynx—such as only qualified calls, specific forms, or certain campaigns or phone numbers.

Next, map your AccuLynx business locations to the corresponding CallRail campaigns, forms, or phone numbers so leads are routed to the right branch. Sub-accounts can be used for different locations or service lines, with each CallRail company mapping to a single AccuLynx location.

Once set up, any new leads or calls that meet your triggers will automatically appear in Unassigned Leads and the Contact Activity timeline, complete with notes, tags, milestones, and recordings.

When a new Lead is created in AccuLynx from CallRail, the following information is automatically transferred:

  • Contact name (if available)
  • Phone number
  • City and state associated with the phone number
  • Four additional CallRail fields, including Lead Source, Form Name, Tracking Number, and Campaign Name are mapped into the Notes section for added context

Once the contact exists, all future inbound and outbound calls tied to that contact are automatically logged in the Contact Activity timeline. Each call log includes details such as call direction and type (inbound answered, outbound missed, etc.), source (campaign, ad, or tracker), tracking number, duration, notes, tags, milestones, lead qualification status, and call recordings, giving your team a complete view of every interaction.
